We had a fantastic day with Charlie as our tour guide and driver. In spite of the driving rain, we experienced St. Andrew’s and had a beautiful drive along the coast! Great fish and chips for lunch, and he even found some Hairy Coos and sheep for a couple of photo ops on our way back to Edinburgh. And the best part was the conversation, learning about the culture, history and the areas we were visiting. A great day filled with lots of laughter!

The trip was amazing. Our driver, Nick was with us for 10 days. The seven of appreciated his knowledge of Scotland, his humor and his wonderful personality. He had great suggestions for restaurants, sights to see etc. would highly recommend.

MTB has a wonderful crew. We had the absolute pleasure of having Michael as our guide. Friendly, knowledgeable and flexible with our requests. Through out our journey, Michael was prompt, communicative and shared a few extra treasures of Scotland along the way. Thank you so much, Michael for sharing your beautiful homeland.

My husband and I planned a trip to Scotland somewhat at the last moment, even though I had always wanted to go there. We weren’t sure how it would go because we had booked everything so quickly. However, the 6 days that we spent touring Scotland were the most memorable and magical ever, all because of our driver/guide Colin from MTB Private Tours. From the moment we met him he was courteous, kind, accommodating, and helpful. His knowledge of the country, its history, its culture, its little known sights, and its good restaurants, was extraordinary! If I asked him a question about anything and he didn’t have an answer, he would research it at night and give us the information the next day!! The saddest part of our trip was our final day when we had to part ways with Colin! We hope he knows that he was responsible for giving us our trip of a lifetime!

Steve our driver/guide was amazing! He made sure we checked all of our “must-do’s” off the list, while efficiently filling in gaps with suggestions and recs. We covered a lot of ground in a short time period, and he was very accommodating when we wanted to make stops etc… 100% our trip would not have been the same + we wouldn’t have seen nearly as many incredible things if we’d gone any other route!
